I will sing you a love song that will echo
through your heart.
It will resound to the top of your head
through your entire being.

There is nothing dramatic.
There is nothing to analyze.
There is nothing more to say.

In the heat of your daily trouble
when all else seem to fail you
and you have no where else to turn,

What is it that you ask of Me?
You want to know what to do and what to say?
You want to know when you should say it?

When you lose faith, when you are filled with doubt
and when you question if I exist,

When you sin, when you drift away
and when you turn your back,
I forgive you.
I forgive you.

When sadness brings you down,
when you cry out in the night and,
when you can’t get out of bed in the morning,

When you are afraid to speak up for yourself,
when you allow abuse, and
when fear rules your heart,]

When you feel like you are going to burst,
when you feel tight as a drum, and
when you feel ready to snap,

There is no feeling you can have that I do not experience.
There no response you can give of which I am not a part.
There is no action you can take without Me.

You are here with Me now in response to the call I have placed in your heart.
You walk with Me though you do not fully understand Me.
You love Me, but you love from your humanity.

I love from My Divinity.
I will lift you out of your humanity as you listen to My words in your heart.
I bless you for choosing to be with Me today.
There were certainly so many other things you could have done.

I will share My Truth with you.
It will challenge you.
It will instill in you a desire to know Me.
I know.

You will learn just enough
as My Holy Spirit touches you and stimulates your heart and mind.

Each one of you is one with Me
in your unique, individual manner.
One is not better than the other
in his/her oneness with Me is.
Each is different
because of the uniqueness of you that I created.

The discomfort you feel today will pass.
There will be growth My way for everyone.
Healing damaged emotions takes time.
It also takes eating a lot of crow.
This is never easy.

The person who is hurt is responding with anger to hurt you back.
Do not respond in anger.
All that does is perpetuate hurt.
Turning the other cheek wrests control of the situation from the one who is angry.

My way is gentle, peaceful and loving.
You are learning My way in this interchange.
Granted it is hard, but My grace is sufficient for you.

My Holy Spirit is in control of this entire situation.
As you know I love everyone involved equally.
I have everybody's best interests at heart.
Do not be afraid of anything.
My Holy Spirit will guide and direct healing.

You may not see it, but there has been progress.
In the heat of the moment did you not feel a difference?
You experienced your inner strength
and a wakening of the fury on the injured person’s part.
That is growth.
You also felt a difference in the response of the bystander who,
despite protestations to the contrary loves you both
and wants this all to work out.

It is not easy to go through this, but it is necessary.
Continue your daily work that I bless profusely.
Stay close to Me as you have.
Do not lose heart.

Even as we speak My angels are at work
healing feelings and changing thought patterns.
You know what this is like for you have experienced it.

Trust Me, My friend.
I know how hard it is for you to trust
so I send you thoughts and experiences to help you to learn to trust Me.

I love you.

DEVOTION TO THE DIVINE MERCY

Jesus revealed Himself to Saint Faustina, a simple and holy nun in Poland during the 1930's. He called her to be His secretary and His apostle of mercy. He spoke to her of His mercy and the way He wants us to respond to it. His revelation of special ways to live out the response to His mercy, is called Devotion to the Divine Mercy.

The message of Divine Mercy is that God is merciful. He is love itself poured out for us, and He wants no one to escape that merciful love. God wants us to turn to him with trust and repentence while it is still a time of mercy, before He comes as the just Judge. Turning to and imploring God's mercy is the answer to the troubled world. There is no escaping that answer. The Lord wants us to live with trust in Him in all circumstances. His Mercy is always available to us, even if our sins are a black as night, and we are filled with fears and anxiety. "The greater the sinner, the greater the right he has to my mercy." By giving our lives to The Divine Mercy - Jesus Christ Himself - we become instruments of His Mercy to others, living out the command of the Lord "Be merciful even as your Father is merciful" (Lk 6:36)

Through Saint Faustina, Our Lord gave us special means of drawing on His mercy:

An Image of The Divine Mercy - to remind people to trust in His mercy "I am offering people a vessel with which they are to keep coming for graces to the fountain of mercy" That vessel is this image with the signature: Jesus, I trust in You (Diary 327)
A Chaplet of the Divine Mercy - Jesus said that by praying this way her prayers would have great power for the conversion of sinners, for peace for the dying. Jesus said "by this novena I will grant every possible grace to souls"

A Novena - In preparation for the Feast of The Divine Mercy, Jesus asked Saint Faustina to make a novena of prayer from Good Friday to the following Saturday.
Prayer at 3:00 o'clock - the hour of His death. "You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Found of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelope the whole world and empty Yourself upon us. (Diary 1319)

ABOUT THE LEGION OF MARY

Beginnings

The Legion of Mary was founded in Dublin, Ireland on 7 September 1921. It is a lay catholic organisation whose members are giving service to the Church on a voluntary basis in almost every country.

The object of the Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation in Mary's and the Church's work

The unit of the Legion of Mary is called a praesidium, which holds a weekly meeting, where prayer is intermingled with reports and discussion. Persons who wish to join the Legion must apply for membership in a Praesidium.

The Works of the Legion

The Legion sees as its priority the spiritual and social welfare of each individual. The members participate in the life of the parish through visitation of families, the sick, both in their homes and in hospitals and through collaboration in every apostolic and missionary undertaking sponsored by the parish.

Every legionary is required to carry out a weekly apostolic work in the spirit of faith and in union with Mary.

"For all states of the laity the perfect example of spiritual and apostolic life is the most Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Apostles, who while leading the life common to all here on earth, one filled with family concerns and labours, was always intimately united with her Son and in an entirely unique way co-operated in the work of the Saviour . . . All should devoutly venerate her and commend their life and apostolate to her maternal care".

WHAT IS IT?

The Legion of Mary is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church, with well over 3 million active members in almost every country of the world. It has been active in the United States since 1931, has been approved by the last 6 Popes, and was endorsed by the Second Vatican Council. The main purpose of the Legion of Mary is to give glory to God through the sanctification of its members.

WHAT DOES IT DO?

Members become instruments of the Holy Spirit through a balanced program of prayer and service. Works include door-to-door evangelization, parishioner visitation, prison ministry, visitation of the sick or aged, crowd contact, religious education, visiting the newly baptized, Pilgrim Virgin Statue rotations, and meeting the other spiritual needs of the parish community. Legionaries are under the guidance of a spiritual director named by the pastor. The Legion is, in essence, an extension of the heart and hands of the pastor.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Members meet once a week for prayer, planning and discussion in a family setting. Then they do two hours of definite work each week in pairs and under the guidance of their spiritual director.

WHO CAN BELONG?

The Legion of Mary is open to all Catholics who:

Faithfully practice their religion;

Are animated by the desire to participate in the Church's apostolate through membership in the Legion;

Are prepared to fulfill each and every duty which active membership in the Legion involves

It is easy to joke about that of which you have no knowledge.
Doing so in ignorance is forgivable.
Doing so in full knowledge is sacrilege.

I am fully alive in the Eucharist.
I am reborn, so to speak, each time there is a sacrifice of the Mass.
Night and day I am born again and again through the power of My Most Holy Spirit. Night and day in My Real Presence I am able to share the love between My Father and Myself through the power of My Most Holy Spirit.

Lives are changed through faith filled reception
of My Real Presence in the Eucharist.
Healing occurs on so many levels that are impossible to enumerate.

Oh you who are desolate and lonely,
come to Me in My Real Presence.
I will heal your desolation and loneliness
by taking up residence in your heart
and showering you with My Sanctifying Grace.

Oh you who find life empty and unsatisfied
come to Me in My Real Presence.
I will fill the void in your life
with the Sanctifying Grace of My Eternal Love.

Oh you who have drifted from Me through sin,
come to My Real Presence in Perpetual Adoration.
I will light the path to reconciliation with Me.
My Grace will make alienation intolerable.

My friends they are legion.
They are the billions of hearts
that beat in the rhythm of My Sacred Heart.
They are the billions of souls who seek Me
with pure hearts and do My will.

The wave of My Eternal Love circles the world daily
as more and more receive My spiritually redeeming life
in My True Presence in the Eucharist.

There is enough power in the hearts of My prayer warriors
to send rockets to the sun and back.
There is enough power in My grace unleashed each day
to conquer the world ten times over.

Come to Me.
Kneel before My True Presence with a sincere and open heart.
I promise you it will be the first step in a life changing experience.

This day is My special treat for you.
There is nothing you have to do
to receive My gifts to you on this day.
You have given Me all of you for today.
I will take your gift of yourself
and more than match it with My gift of Myself.

I am here with you now.
I am standing behind you and a little to the left.
The warmth you feel is My True Love for you.
Let it flow over your entire being.
That’s it.
Now just relax for a few moments in My love.

My Love is as constant as the Son.
There is nothing to match its power.
When I release My Love there is nothing more to say.
It caresses you.
It embraces you.
It warms you through and through.
What power resides in My Love!

Allow the hymns of the choir to reach deep within you.
Their songs of praise life you up out of you to Me.
Let Me carry you on the breath of their songs of praise
to My haven of Peace deep within your soul.

Just write what I say and learn more about Me.

The gentleness of Me is something to behold.
You never even know I am around.
That is how soft My Touch of Love is.
You walk through life
totally unaware of My Presence within you
until I deem it necessary to surface
and make you aware of Me.

Come deeper into Me.
I will enable you to come directly to Me.
There will be no obstacles between us.
There will be just the rarified air of My Breath of Love
entering your soul with each breath you take.

Take and experience My Love.
Let it move throughout your entire being.
I have waited for this time for oh so long.
It has finally arrived.

We touch.
We become one.
You know I am speaking truth for you feel
My peace and quiet within your being.
Just relax.
My Love will do all the rest.

Let My words sink in slowly but surely.
There is nothing to fear.
It is only I, Jesus, loving you to life
in the inner sanctuary of My Sacred Heart.

The image you have in your mind is the darkness
that will soon cover the world
as I alert all that I am coming.

This is no wild imagining on your part.
It is truth.
It was foretold thousands of years ago.
The reason why I am coming is that
it is right and proper that I do so.

What I inspired writers to write through the ages is truth.
I would have it no other way.
What I am inspiring you to write is also truth.
The chronology of My coming is at hand.
I am closer than at any time before in history.

I am the Light of the world.
Only those with eyes to see and ears to hear
will walk in My Son Light.
My Light alone will be visible to My friends.
It will light their way home to Me
out of darkness into My Light.

Thus you will all come to know and recognize My friends.
They walk by light shining from within their souls.
Others may pretend to have the Light.
They will be shown to be charlatans
by those who use My Name, Jesus,
in all the wondrous things they do.

Fear not, My little ones!
I will never abandon you.
You know this is so.
You feel My Presence in your soul.
The power of My Most Holy Spirit
resides in all who call Me, Lord.

I am the Good Shepherd.
My sheep know My voice.
Take heed you who have turned from Me.
I am calling you to respond to My voice before it is to late.

Come to Me.
Bend to My will.
Let Me love you to Eternal Life now and forever more.

I am Jesus, the Messiah.
I am the Holy One spoken of for all ages.
I am Savior of all who seek
to come into life in My grace in this valley of tears.

Know this.
Living in My loving Spirit protects you from all harm.

I am the Bread of Life.
I am Redemption.
I am Salvation.
I am Love for all time.

Those who know Me in their hearts
can attest to My power and love.
Knowing Me removes blinders from your heart and soul.

Experiencing Me brings you peace beyond belief.
I do not speak these words to stimulate idle discussion.
There is nothing to discuss.
I am Truth.

When I walked on earth as a man, I spoke in parables
because it was not yet time
to reveal Myself to you directly.
It is now that time.
I do no longer speak in parables.

The time remaining for this earth to exist is quite limited.
I have come to tell you of Eternal Life in My Love.
All who in the silence of their hearts accept what I say as truth will be with Me forever in Paradise.

My Father has decided to bring His faithful ones home.
Their journey in this desert valley of tears is ending.

Just because by your time things
that were prophesied centuries ago have not happened,
does not mean they will not happen.

Everything that has been described in My Book of Life
will happen in My Father’s time.
In Him there is no time.
Everything is.
In Him there is no doubt.
In Him what has been said is reality.
He is the Creator.
He is Lord.

He spoke.
I became the Word Incarnate born of a Virgin
through the power of the Most Holy Spirit.

He has spoken through the prophets of the times to come
when all that you know will end.
These times are now.
He is.
Trust My words to you.

I tell you now in the silence of your heart.
Heaven and earth may pass away.
My words will not.
My word is Love.
My word is Life.
My word is Eternal Life to all who listen with their hearts.

Therefore, harden not your heart.
Let Me bring you home safely
to My Father who is Lord of all.
Let Me gift you with Eternal Life in My Love
through the power of My Most Holy Spirit.

Be watchful.
The time of My coming is at hand.
You know in your heart that all is in readiness within you for My coming.
The day that has been foretold long ago is at hand.
Rejoice.
Love abounds through Me
in the power of My Most Holy Spirit.

You have a hunger for Me.
Bon appetite!
You have a thirst for Me.
Drink heartily from My Waters of Redemption.
You love Me.
What joy that gives My Sacred Heart!
You seek after more of Me.
Pursue Me through eternity.
Enjoy the chase.

You desire Me in ways of purity of heart.
Desire Me all the more!

I love the purity in your heart

I give you the Missing Peace of Me that makes you complete in My Love.

Be restored, My friend.

Healing is not a matter of faith.
Healing is not a matter related to internal conviction.
Healing does not directly relate to the frequency of prayer
or the intensity of prayer or the length of prayer time.

Healing is a gift given in My time.
It is freely given.
It is never predictable.
You will never understand
why some are healed and others are not.
It is My gift, freely given at My discretion,
as I choose to heal.

Healers, that is, those with the gift of healing
are not the healers.
I am.
They are open to My healing power passing through them.

The extent that they are prayerful, sacramental people,
they are more or less open to My healing power passing through their souls to the souls of those seeking healing.
They are specially graced by Me
to be channels of My healing to others.

They do not know how healing works through them.
They just know it does.
They are as surprised as the person who is healed is
when healing occurs.
They just know something passes through them.

Healers have been chosen by Me
to have the gift of healing.
They have not done anything to earn this gift.
However, they usually stay close to Me in their lives.

Many ask Me why they have this gift.
I tell them it is because that is what I want for them.
I then ask them if they accept this gift.

If they say, “Yes”, their healing ministry begins.

People flock to them because of these gifts.
Pray for healers that they remain humble in My Love
and that their gift may grow through frequent use.

A true gift of healing is always done in My Love and Grace
for the honor and glory of God, My Father.

Beware those who heal
and never mention My name, Jesus.
Their powers come from satan to lead you astray.
Pray that these charlatans be exposed
as the frauds they are.
They do great damage.
When they meet Me in the final judgment,
they will bear the burden of their fraudulence.

I heal to demonstrate My love and My power.
Never cease to seek after Me and to touch My garment.
I may surprise you.

I also expel demons through the channels of My healers.
If that is what you desire and need,
I do this most frequently.
I do not wish any of My friends to be beset by evil spirits.
In fact, I may expel a demon
and you may not even know it.
You will only feel freer within your spirit.

I heal on so many levels that you may not even know healing has occurred.
It happens whenever two or more
are gathered in My name.
I am present to these souls.

I always heal.
You nay never know what has been healed,
or when I heal, or how I heal.
However, it happens over and over again.

Trust that I know your needs.
If it is in your best interests,
I heal you because of My love for you.
If healing does not occur on your time frame
or in the ways you wish,
it may not be in your best interests
at that time to be healed.
In My love for you, healing is deferred to another time
when it is in your best interests to do so.

You may be healed even though no one prayed over you.

Can you ever imagine that happening?
Well it does.
I will demonstrate that to you.
Wait and see.
Then tell others about your healing
for the greater honor and glory of My Father.

He does not need such glory and honor.
However, other people need to know He heals.
They need to have hope.
They need to know I love them.

How precious are our moments together!
They are like snapshots in a time capsule
where our souls meet, touch, share and renew.

In this momentary exchange,
I lift life’s burdens from your heart
and close your mind’s ability to focus on them.
Then I fill your heart, mind, soul and will
with My Sanctifying grace.

I know you feel the exchange.
The deep inhaling of My Most Holy Spirit
brings life saving grace to your soul.
Savor this moment.
Let My Love permeate all of you.
Stop and drink from My cup of salvation.
It will refresh you for today.

As you drink from My cup let Me heal your damaged heart.
Let Me renew your sagging spirit.
Let Me bring My life to your life.
Let Me bless you with My peace.

I replenish you.
I enrich you.
I enter into your world
and break down walls of resistance to My will.
At your invitation I fill you up to overflowing.
My dear friend, I am always here for you.

Life in the world of man is filled with pain and sorrow.
Oh that it would be different!
You face rejection, alienation, and hostility
as others seek to break you
and take whatever joy there is from you.

I know what you are feeling for I also experienced this.
Trust Me when I tell you I can help you.

The world of man is so very temporary.
The things of man are trinkets and tinker toys.
In the end they amount to nothing.

I am the Resurrection.
I am your light on the path to My world.
I am the way, the truth and the light.
I know you’ve read this and heard this before.
Now I want you to experience this.

Let go of the world of man and its empty rewards for success, its barren and lonely, meaningless life.

Come to Me.

I am alive.
Experience Me.
Feel Me.
Trust Me.
I will lead you to My world of permanence -
My world of forever!

I know you are looking for the peace
you had this morning.
It will come but in a different manner
for you are in a different place
than where you were earlier this morning.

I trust you enough to tell you that My Peace comes
in an infinite array of sizes and shapes.
There is one to fit your soul’s needs
every moment of your life.

Seeking Me out is what you must do each day.
I am not hard to find.
I bring just the right remedy
for you spiritually and psychologically.

I am not magic.
I am Jesus, the Messiah.
I do not magically make problems disappear.
I equip you spiritually to be better able to deal with them.

You cannot swallow Me in the Eucharist
as if I were a magic pill
and expect all problems to go away.
That is simply not reality.

I change your perceptions of problems.
I change your attitudes towards problems.
I provide new insights
as ways of seeking possible solutions.
I work through your problems with you.
I support you in any new initiatives
that grow out of My grace within your heart.
I encourage you to grow and change.
I do not however, make problems disappear.

The miracle you can expect is the change within you
in your view of the problem, your attitude towards the problem and your new actions
designed to solve your problem.

There is no quick fix.
It takes time to work through problems.
I give you the patience
to take your time in working things out.

I am the Resurrection and the Light.
I have eternity to work with you
to enlighten you and to love you.
There is no rush to solve any problems.
I make you aware of how capable you are
to solve your own problem.
I enable you to do so.

Come to Me realistically - not magically.
You do not press My buttons
and I deliver instant solutions.

On the contrary most people complain to Me
about how slow I am to work things out.
That is because most problems are complex.

I have to be sure everyone wants to solve the problem
and that they wish to invite Me in to do so.
Then, My “magic” works.
That is never initially.
It takes time.

Be patient.
Hang in there.
Patience and forgiveness are the magic
in solving any significant problem.
Most of all - forgiveness of self
must occur for any magic to happen.

Are you surprised at how personal I am?
Does it unnerve you to know that I know you,
I understand you and I love you?

My friend, I created you!
Before you were alive in your mother’s womb,
I counted all the hairs on your head.
Do you not know who I am?
Do you not realize that I am fully alive?

Religion is not a fable.
The bible is not
just a collection of wise sayings and parables.
My Real Presence in the Holy Eucharist is not a myth.
How could it be?
I created all of this and more.

I do not seek to punish and beat you into submission.
I seek to love you to life, My life.
I bring salvation to those who say, “yes” to My Holy Spirit.

There will come a defining moment or series of moments in your life when you will come face to face, heart to heart and soul to soul with Me.
At that moment I will ask you as I asked Peter,

I will wait for your “yes”.
I will not twist your arm.
I will not put bamboo shoots under your nails.
I will wait for even the faintest sign of Yes.

If you can’t speak, just blink your eyelids.
I will know because My Most Holy Spirit in searching your heart will find a glimmer of hope through which He will shine his healing ray of light.

Then you will experience Me.
Then you will feel My presence.
Through the cracks in the door to your heart,
My Most Holy Spirit will seep into your soul.
Then, even if you try to close the door, not only the door,
but all the walls of resistance within you will crumble.

My love will win.
Why?

Because I am God!
Because I love you!
Because I have heard your slight movement to Me
and I know then that all the rest is history.

Once I have touched you, My friend,
it’s all over but the shouting and rejoicing in heaven
for a prodigal son/daughter has returned home.

I ask you, no matter
where you are in relationship with me.
Can I come in?
Can I get closer to you?

Letting Go is most difficult
for one who has always sought control.
Yet, you are doing it.
You are learning,
under the guidance of My Most Holy Spirit,
that you do not and cannot control others.
They are living their own lives in relationship with Me.
The best you can do is pray for them
that they come to know Me intimately.
Then you leave their souls in My hands.

The same is true in daily interactions with others.
You relate to others freely and openly
because you are living in My Love.
They may or may not be in My Love.
They may be dealing with their own stuff.
You have to let them handle their own stuff.
They will anyway, even if you want to take over.

When you let go and let them deal with their own stuff,
it is so freeing to you.
You realize that you are only responsible for yourself.
You can pray for others.
You can relate to them honestly.
You may even seek to influence their thinking
as anyone would in relationship.
That is as far as anyone can go.
Ultimately the free will choices of others are their own.
You may not agree with them but you must accept them.

You have to realize that every person,
whether in your life or not,
is a separate entity with their own free will.
Just as you are free
to shape your life in relationship to Me,
they have the same freedom of choice.

It hurts when you are not in accord with the one you love.
However, for them, at this point in their lives in their relationship with Me, to not be in accord with you may be the way that is best for them.

You have to let go and let Me.
That is where My will prevails.
I have everyone’s best interests at heart.
I see the total picture.
If accord is in everyone’s best interest,
I will make it happen.
If it is not, then accord will not prevail.
That is My will.

You can wish for accord.
You can fantasize about it.
You can pray about it.
If it is My will it will happen in My time.
The converse is also true.

Letting go is the only way to go.
Keep walking in My Love.
You will be surprised at how freeing this way of life is.
Also be aware that when someone feels free
of your attempts at control, you will be surprised
at what happens.

My friend, you are learning once again
that everything is in My hands.
Trust not in your own understanding.
My wisdom will prevail.
When accord is accomplished there is great joy.
When it is not, My Most Holy Spirit tends to the injured spirits with loving care and grace.

My Love guides all.
My Love is in every situation
and in every person’s heart to some degree.

As you live in My Love and as you surrender to My Love,
you will find life so much more relaxing and enjoyable.

My will prevails in all things.
It does so whether you let go or not.
Thus, you might as well let go.
